Unleash Your Content Empire

Master Posting, Repurpose Smart, and Profit Big

If you’ve nailed your positioning but you’re still creating content like a broke amateur – one random post when you “feel inspired” – then your personal brand is dead in the water.

Content creation is where the money is made. It’s the engine that turns your positioning into leads, sales, and a community that pays you while you sleep.

I went from £50k in debt and working 80-hour weeks to a deca-millionaire by 31 because I stopped creating content the hard way and built a systemised machine that runs without me. One long-form recording becomes 50+ pieces of content across every platform. That’s how I built a global brand, sold 20 best-selling books (including Money and Life Leverage), and still run 350+ rental units.

In 2026 the game is won by the people who post consistently, repurpose ruthlessly, listen to their audience, and test every single variable like scientists.

Here’s the exact no-BS blueprint I use and teach inside Money.School. Implement this and your content will compound into a money-printing asset. Skip it and you’ll stay broke and busy.

1. Posting Consistently: The Non-Negotiable That Separates Millionaires From Zero-Aires

Consistency isn’t sexy. It’s boring as hell. But it’s what makes the algorithm love you and your audience trust you.

Most people post when they feel like it. Then they wonder why their brand goes to shit.

The brutal truth: You don’t need motivation. You need a system.

I live by my 80/10/5/5 Rule – steal it:

  • 80% pure value and frameworks that actually move the needle (like this article).
  • 10% raw story and personality – the wins, the fuck-ups, the real me.
  • 5% social proof – results, testimonials, case studies.
  • 5% direct offers – sell without apology. People expect it from real players.

Tactical system to post consistently RIGHT NOW:

  1. Batch-record 4-6 long-form pieces every month (podcast, video, or voice notes). One hour of your time.
  2. Hand it to your editor (outsource this – stop being the bottleneck).
  3. Schedule everything in advance using a team or tool. Never post manually – that’s amateur hour.
  4. Show up every single day on at least your primary platform.

Signature mantra: What’s right isn’t easy and what’s easy isn’t right. Most people quit after 30 days. The rich keep showing up for 12-18 months and then the compound effect kicks in. Visibility is credibility. Period.

2. Asking Your Audience for Feedback: Turn Followers Into Raving, Paying Fans

Here’s what 99% of creators get wrong: they create in a vacuum and wonder why nobody buys.

Asking for feedback is the fastest way to build a community that cares – and pays. People don’t care what you know till they know that you care.

I do this every single week inside Money.School and on my platforms. It’s how I know exactly what my audience wants next.

Exact way I ask (copy this):

  • End every piece of content with a direct question: “What’s your biggest content struggle right now? Reply below.”
  • Run quick polls on Stories/TikTok/X: “Should my next video be on pricing or systemisation?”
  • Send a simple email once a month: “Tell me one thing you want me to cover.”
  • Inside your paid community (like Money.School), make feedback a ritual – they’ll literally pay you for the privilege of being heard.

Pro tip: Treat every reply like gold. Reply personally to the first 50. Show them you listen. That’s how you turn strangers into lifelong customers who buy your high-ticket offers.

You reject that which you are NOT. You attract that which you ARE. When you ask and actually implement their feedback, the right people stick around forever.

3. Repurpose Across Different Media: Record Once, Dominate Everywhere

If you’re still creating one piece of content for one platform, you’re leaving millions on the table.

Omni-presence is the 2026 cheat code. One long-form video or podcast episode becomes Threads, Shorts, carousels, newsletters, pin images, LinkedIn posts, email sequences – the lot.

This is how I stay top-of-mind across TikTok, X, YouTube, Instagram and email without working 80 hours a week.

My repurposing machine (systemise this or stay small):

  1. Record once in the highest-quality format possible.
  2. Give the raw file to a world-class editor who chops it into 30-50 assets using my brand guidelines.
  3. Schedule across every platform with clear CTAs back to your lead magnet or community.
  4. Repurpose the repurposed content into books, courses and live events.

A B team beats an A player every time – if the A player tries to do it all alone. Outsource the editing and scheduling. Build your strengths, leverage your weaknesses. That’s life leverage.

4. Test Length, Formats and Timings: Stop Guessing, Start Optimising Like a Millionaire

The biggest mistake I see? Creators pick one format, one length, one time and stick with it forever.

Test everything. The data doesn’t lie.

I test relentlessly and kill what doesn’t convert. That’s why my content actually makes money.

The exact testing framework:

  • Length: Post 15-second hooks vs 60-second stories vs 3-minute deep dives vs long-form (10+ minutes). Track which gets shares, saves and sales.
  • Formats: Video vs carousel vs thread vs voice note vs live. My audience loves raw video – yours might love carousels. Test it.
  • Timings: Post at 8am, 12pm, 6pm, 9pm. Different days. Different platforms. Use analytics to find the sweet spot for YOUR audience.

Rule: Run every new format for 2 weeks minimum. Keep what works. Double down. Kill the rest without ego.

If you don’t risk anything, you risk everything. Testing feels uncomfortable – but it’s what separates the rich from the average.

The Bottom Line on Content Creation

Posting consistently + asking for feedback + ruthless repurposing + constant testing = a personal brand that prints money on autopilot.

This is how I built everything I have. No fluff. Just systems.

You now have the complete tactical playbook the top creators use in 2026.

Stop consuming. Start creating.

Take the first step today: batch-record one long-form piece this week using the 80/10/5/5 Rule, then ask your audience for feedback on it.
