The Rob Moore Foundation is the registered charitable vehicle through which this giving is now formally structured and reported. Charity No: 1176364. All Foundation income and expenditure is publicly reported to the Charity Commission for England and Wales.
The figures on this page represent three distinct streams of charitable activity spanning more than 20 years. Some giving has been organised through the Progressive group of companies and their community. Some has been funded or raised by Rob Moore personally. And since its formal establishment, some has been channelled through the Rob Moore Foundation as a registered charity. Together, these streams tell the complete story.
Across personal giving, Progressive company fundraising and the Rob Moore Foundation (registered charity)
Over more than 20 years, Rob Moore's giving has spanned three distinct streams - each contributing to the total impact you see on this page.
The Progressive group of companies - including Progressive Property, one of the UK's largest property education companies - has organised and funded major charitable events and campaigns for over 20 years, well before the Foundation was formally established as a registered charity. The Progressive community has been central to many of the largest fundraising totals on this page.
The Rob Moore Foundation is a registered charity in England and Wales, established to formalise and continue Rob's personal commitment to giving back. The Foundation focuses specifically on empowering young and underprivileged entrepreneurs through direct grants, mentorship and education. Its income and expenditure are fully reported to the Charity Commission annually.
Rob has personally raised and organised charitable initiatives throughout his career, independent of both the Progressive companies and the registered Foundation. This includes private personal donations & raises for friends & family, and causes Rob has supported from his own resources.
Every figure below is documented and verifiable. Amounts are shown alongside the giving stream they came from - whether Rob personally, the Progressive companies and community, or the Rob Moore Foundation as a registered charity.
The landmark charity boxing match between Rob Moore and Samuel Leeds became one of the UK's most successful property community charity events, raising £200,000, plus funding the entire event totalling a quarter of a million pounds for charitable causes. Progressive Property’s donation was £100,000 & it covered half the event expenses

Rob Moore, Mark Homer and the Progressive Property community raised over £228,000 for Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall, while breaking world records, providing vital support for people living with grief and life-limiting conditions across the Peterborough region.
A single fundraising dinner raised over £55,000, hosted by Rob, demonstrating the generosity of the Progressive & wider community and the scale of what can be achieved when that community comes together for a cause.

Within weeks of the pandemic hitting, Rob and the Progressive team launched an emergency appeal - raising over £20,000 from 404 donors, with a matched donation contribution from Rob personally.
Progressive's Super Conference in 2011 and 2012 donated over £50,000 to Cancer Research UK.

The Foundation partnered with the Prince's Trust to organise the Young Entrepreneurs Summit and pledged a £10,000 donation to one of the UK's most respected charitable organisations, on whose board Rob sits.
Rob Moore sat on the board of the Prince's Trust - one of the UK's most respected charitable organisations, with a 45-year history of helping disadvantaged young people transform their lives through enterprise, employment and education. His role on the board is a direct expression of the same commitment that runs through everything on this page: the belief that talent is evenly distributed but opportunity is not.
In 2024, the Rob Moore Foundation collaborated with the Prince's Trust to organise the Young Entrepreneurs Summit - bringing together aspiring young entrepreneurs for mentorship, education and inspiration - and pledged a £10,000 donation to the charity.
The Rob Moore Foundation is considered one of the biggest raisers for the Young Entrepreneurs element of the Prince's Trust.

The Pitch Rob grant programme has been a live pitch event where entrepreneurs, innovators and change-makers present their ideas to Rob and his team, for direct grant funding (donations) to launch or scale their business or solve meaningful problems. Every application is personally reviewed. Recipients are selected on need, ambition and the genuine potential of their project to create positive impact. You can see many of these below listed

A platform helping local communities in the UK work together on sustainable projects - reducing environmental impact, improving health, cutting waste and saving money. Avis built the website, added courses and podcasts as a result of this grant.
Awarded to help Estelle purchase a ring light and camera to grow her YouTube channel and begin her creative entrepreneurial journey.
Two siblings who had already written two confidence-building books for children. The grant helped them write a third book, launch online confidence courses for children, and introduce an annual awards event celebrating children who have overcome challenges. A privilege to support.
Arjun's vision: to create online art classes for children who find it challenging to communicate. An inspiring young man who used creativity as a bridge to connection.
Emma discovered that people struggling with their mental health find it easier to communicate through dogs. She built a walking group that creates genuine connection for isolated people - and the Foundation was proud to back her.
The most powerful measure of this giving is not the total. It is the individual moment when a grant arrives for someone who has run out of other options - and what they build with it. Here are some of those stories.
"So many people need this help, and don't even realise it until their time in court has passed. Then they bear the trauma silently, and this hurt festers, often resulting in depression and ill health. I want to become a successful international speaker, positively impacting millions of people's lives - helping people fully defend themselves in court."
Michael Watson, Family Court Coaching
"This whole opportunity at Pitch Rob is absolutely life-changing. Having Rob and Toni really believe this business has 'legs' has given me even more motivation than I already had. Without this, there's no way I would have got things in motion this quick. I have since secured nearly £50,000 in additional funding as a direct result of winning the event."
Ross Mathews, Trades4You
"I am deeply passionate about supporting vulnerable women and their babies, particularly those at risk of separation. With the Foundation's donation, I will launch a Pregnancy Educational and Life Skills Programme. My goal is to break the cycle within the social care system and create better, more stable futures for both mothers and their babies."
Samantha Burton
"I was so excited when I was given the opportunity to pitch to the Rob Moore Foundation, and even more so when Rob announced my name. Without this money I would not be in a position to move any further with this dream. This is such a huge opportunity for me at 15 years old, and I can't wait to show the Rob Moore Foundation what I will achieve."
Hannah
When the Foundation grant was awarded, the recipient used it to do three things: publish a workbook helping bereaved children process loss; establish the Never Alone Project, a charity supporting bereaved children and their families across the UK; and develop a mentorship programme for bereaved children, their families and teachers. One grant. Three lasting outcomes.
The Foundation's giving is not limited to major Pitch Rob grants. Over the years, Rob and the Foundation have supported dozens of individual causes, charities and entrepreneurs with smaller donations - from helping someone purchase a wheelchair that gave them their independence back, to supporting a grief charity getting workbooks into schools. Every contribution matters, and every one is listed here.

The Rob Moore Foundation is a registered charity in England and Wales (Charity No: 1176364). The Foundation is one part of a broader, 20 year charitable story - alongside fundraising organised by the Progressive group of companies and giving from Rob's own personal resources. The Foundation represents the most recent and formalised chapter of that story. The Foundation represents the most recent part of the story. "I believe talent is evenly distributed but opportunity is not. I set up the Foundation to help close that gap - to give young people who have the talent and the drive but not the capital or the connections the same chances I was lucky enough to find. The work we have done through Progressive, through my own personal giving, and now through the Foundation is the part of what I have built that I am most proud of."
