Many people struggle producing great content and getting their ideas, books, blogs and videos out of their heads. Sometimes you just don’t know how much you know, or how to articulate it in a way that people want. Often there are so many ideas the hardest thing is to know where to start, what to produce and what to put on ice. 
Step Zero of the 3 ways to produce great content that people want and will buy from you, is to decide ONE THING to create. You probably have a dozen ideas and want to start them all, but the more you start the less you finish. So pick ONE. Pick one that you know the most about, the people seem to want or ask for the most, and that you have the most existing assets for already that you can leverage. For example have you already written blogs and articles, produced YouTube and Live Feed Facebook video, or just have a lot of day to day experience in this field. Start with that, NOW.

Step Zero: Pick your ONE niche

Step One: is to get out of your head everything you know. You can do this by recording on audio or video what you do, while you are doing it, to leverage your time. You could choose one hour per day, isolate yourself from all distractions and simply write in stream of consciousness, as it flows out. You could get a pad of post it notes and brain dump ideas onto each one and stick them on a wall until you have bled your brain dry. Get in state by doing something that gets you in flow such as gym, coffee, walk or your most uplifting music.
Step Two: is to ask questions in communities, forums, online surveys and to your customers of exactly what they want, desire, need relating to your content. What are their biggest difficulties? What could make the biggest difference to them succeeding in this niche? Use polls on Facebook, ask engaging questions on threads in forums and use survey monkey to ask questions to your subscribers.
Step Three: is to research the top experts, content providers, writers, authors and marketers in your niche. Could you interview them? Read all their material, pick out some great content and wither remodel it to be your own, or use some of their messages and honour their content with credits and links to them. Read their books, follow their social media profiles, listen to their podcasts and assimilate their top tips into your own.
Once you have done Steps Zero to Three, have an assistant collate all the information into order, priority and sections. Add in your own stories, anecdotes and case studies, brand it, and then format it into whatever medium you choose. If you play smart you can covert it into multi-media such as a podcast series, powerpoint slides for al live event, an online video series, a book, a series of blogs and more.
